Hi Guys, Looking for Fall 2021 admission. Are there any chances of getting admission in NEU Boston

Hi Guys,
Looking for Fall 2021 admission.
Are there any chances of getting admission in NEU Boston, or Rutgers University MIS courses. (I guess they are ambitious for me ????).
Should i apply in these colleges?
My profile:
GRE score: 315 (165 Q, 150V )
Undergrad CGPA: 6.79 (BTech CSE from Private University)
LOR: 01, as of now, decent to average.
Research: None
Work Experience: 0
Drop/GAP Years: 2 years (2019 graduate, by the time i get admission it will be 2 years)
Interested in: MIS
Certifications: From Udemy and coursera during gap. about 4-5.
If someone can suggest some colleges please do, or can get me referral in their company please. Even TCS isn't hiring 2019 graduates :(
