Hi, Is California State University, Northridge better than the University of Massachusetts, Amher

Hi,
Is California State University, Northridge better than the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in terms of Location and Job perspective?
I have admits from them to the Engineering Management program.
Also, I am waiting on SDSU for MIS and NEU for MEM.
But given the current status should I opt for CSUN as it is in California, with a better location, and Job opportunities as compared to UMass Amherst which on the other hand is considered better in terms of academics?
I would really appreciate your suggestions/ Advice.
