Question

UNCC university asked for a GPA (calculated by WES). 
WES igpa calculator calculates gpa based on minimum passing marks. it gave me 3.5 for minimum passing marks 36. whereas minimum passing marks for BE was 40. My actual gpa is more than 3.5.
UNCC gpa calculator gave me 4.0 as gpa
should i mail UNCC   explaining the above details.
