Guys, need a bit of help. I have an admit from NCSU for ECE with specialization in embedded systems. I thought NCSU was a great school with good research but one of my friend who graduated from NCSU-VLSI told that ES is shit at NCSU and recommended me not to go there. Very much confused now. Help please!

@Viggy you get to select what courses that you like. So ES or CE shouldn't be a problem

@Viggy NCSU is a good university. It has a good reputation. One persons bad experience does not make a university bad. If you really feel bad after joining, you can move to some other university after first semester. That is permitted in US. From NCSU, changing to other university will not be difficult.
