I have an admit from NCSU (MR CS) and I am waiting for UC Davis (MS CS). Davis is saying that they give results around May end, meanwhile the courses in NCSU are getting filled. What should I do? Should I finalize NCSU? Is UC Davis worth that much wait over NCSU? 
Which one of the two is better in terms of internship/job opportunities?

Wait for UC Davis. It is better than NCSU. And don't worry about the seats being filled for all courses. NCSU opens another batch for popular courses once the first batch gets filled.

In terms of internship they should be equal. Job situation should be slightly better at Davis since its within 200 miles of San F.  Check the courses taught at both univs in past 4 years and then decide which you prefer. You cant go wrong either way. Davis is also more expensive.

Wait only if you are sure you can still get an admit. Unlike India, in USA reputation of the university does not make a major difference. Davis is definitely better for jobs/ study. If possible, reserve the seat at NCSU.
