Virginia Tech CS

I am interested in DS and ML. Could you please suggest which university I should prefer?
Also some insights on Virginia Tech would be really helpful! I am particularly confused between Virginia Tech and USC. Please help!

If you want just job then USC is  better choice. If you want to research in something I would recommend  VTECH.

isn't the research degree in Vtech is fully funded? Then why would someone prefer spending tons on USC

If money is not a concern then USC.
If you are seeing into research, peers and academia then Virginia.
The ROI on Virginia is very high.
So are fundings too.
