Is it too late to apply for Data Science/ Analytics in Ireland to the following universities TCD, UC

Is it too late to apply for Data Science/ Analytics in Ireland to the following universities TCD, UCD, DCU, UCC & DIT? If I have everything ready (SOP, LOR, Transcripts etc.), after applying will my application still be considered, having many of the people have already got the admits?
