Can someone please help me out in deciding which would be better, in terms of job placements and ROI?

Rich parents are bribing officials thousands and millions of dollars to help their children get into USC(for undergrad, but still..). It just goes to show how reputed the university is.

Stony Brook is excellent university for computer science, Steven skeina is a professor at Stony Brook, just think about expenses as well

NEU is a good option, very underrated but well ranked in csrankings and research, especially in AI/ML. Boston is a very good location too.
