Have difficulty in deciding, any suggestions or inputs from you guys would greatly help.

Go with Dearborn because of  the location advantage. Finding a job would be easier compared to RIT

If you are inclined towards research then RIT would be better for you. But if your interest lies towards pure mechanical engineering and automotive then Dearborn would be better because of its location.
