what is difference between an MIS (management information system) ,MSIS ( master of science in information systems) , and MSMIS ( master of science in management information systems) out of all this which doesn't require coding and mathematics and which has higher value in India after studying from USA

Every university has different course for MIS or u say management information systems... For eg.. msis course in umd is more data oriented course.. mis in UTD is more business oriented course.. msis in NEU is more technical..

You can check websites of these universities. They do mention the coursework and the prerequisites. Mostly the MIS programs under School of business are less technical compared to mis programs offered by college of engineering. 
Eg. University of Maryland at College Park offers MSIS program under R. H. Smith school of business whereas NEU offers it's MSIS under neu school of engg.

It all depends on the University.
You will have to check out each university to see the details of the program.
IM courses generally will be more technical to the point that many people over there pursue to be a data scientist.
IS courses and MIS courses are a bit less technical, generally speaking but again you will need to check out for each specific university.
Programs in Business Schools generally will be more management oriented.

Also now there is one more confusion that MBA in MIS is not included in stem course and MS in MIS is included in stem course first I thought all are same but there is a difference as some university has same curriculum as MS in MIS even if they provide MBA and in end we get degree of MBA not MS and we dont have an opt extension for staying there so it's quite risky
