if I have given GRE multiple times. 
and university is asking to upload GRE and TOEFL scores in PDF document then what to do ?
should I upload all the scores or take a snapshot of latest ones and then upload ?

will reprting multiple scores affect the decision?

You can upload   , as far as I know they don't mind how many times you give gre and whether your score has decreased, if you reported all scores they will consider the best one

See if I submit the pdf that ets gives all the scores will be visible . But if I submit only the screenshot of the latest score section then they will be little doubtful that I am trying to hide something
