sir , I am a Marine Engineering background with a yr experience . Not from a technical background ,. but I have made myself learned technical languages like python and doing some projects on data too .

moreover, I'm tilted to management studies .

@viper  The MIM program is designed to appeal to all types of people interested in information management, no matter what their backgrounds are, since information management is a critical component of almost all industries these days. 
A number of the courses have an expectation of some technical knowledge, but we can provide guidance to incoming students without that background about how they can be bets prepared for success.
My suggestion would be to apply and in your statement of purpose describe how your experiences in marine engineering have influenced your interest in information management!
