If yes, please confirm such facts before taking decision about your career. Don't rely on such pages created for entertainment.

I have contacted 2 Norwegian universities. They do have very less tuition fee about 60-100 USD per semester. But, living is still very expensive.

Scandinavian countries, Switzerland, Germany are some countries with lower tuition rates. However living cost is pretty high in these countries. So consider taking loans if you do plan to go ahead. Either way it can get expensive.
