I have admission for Bsc Computers from Dalhousie university, Queens, Ryerson & Western University. Cost wise Dalhousie is economical. Any feedback on education and job prospect it being away from IT hub?

All four are good, choose depending on location, cost of living, etc. Job perspective, being near to Toronto is always good. If you can get some internship during your studies, no need to worry about job anymore because you'll get it eventually.
