Okay thanks rishabh for your rep.. actually I applied for Ireland student visa I tried with many finances and banks for edu loan but do to some issue it got rejected.. one of my frnd suggested to get the loan against property. So did I.. n it got it done within 1 week.. wanted to confirm hope it won't create a prob if I took loan against property for my study purpose. :) See more

But there are so many no-collateral loan options that there is no need for LAP. Check out Leap Finance.
