Can someone please help with my study loan recently I approached a bank and it asks for property documents which I do not have.... I would seek help if anybody could help me with some other source of study loan or funding. Thank you in advance

Firstly, understand that there are two types of loans, one is Collateral & other is Non-collateral loan. Collateral loans are the loans where you've to mortgage your property to the Loan provider & there is no security required for Non-collateral loans.
