@kshitijagnerd I'm not a civil engineering graduate , but my cousin who is civil engineering graduate he got into TU Delft ( Construction Management ) he gave really great response from that university and opportunities as well , he added that if ur well aware of language then u can even work while ur studying I mean as part-time in great civil engineering companies , 2 years ago even he was in dilemma whether to go to USA or TUdelft , but when he went there he told me that Europe is really good in civil engineering jobs ! And u can even settle in Europe unlike USA where you pay lots of tution fee
