Hi guys. Could anyone tell me what is the best Masters courses to do in the field of CIVIL ENGINEERING in the USA, keeping in mind the job opportunities available in the USA as well as here in India (Planning to come back after 7-8 years). A few courses I have in mind are construction engineering and management and petroleum engineering.
