I would suggest you to research on the subject areas of the faculty in the above institutions(or other institutions that you have shortlisted). Talk to the professors who match your area of interest, write them a mail with your SOP and CV, express them your willingness to research. This way you might end up getting a Research Assistanship with full tution waiver and a stipend. I know a triple of my friends at University of Arkansas and Louisiana State University who did even spend a single penny for their Master's in Agriculture. But these guys spend a good time on connecting with the professors.
