1. Queen's University Canada for Jan 2021 intake.
 2. Warwick business School for Sept 2020 intake.

Please suggest me which is a better option keeping this pandemic situation into account.

Warwick would be a better choice because of its reputation and industrial network. If possible write to university asking for deferring the admit.
