I have admits from NEU MEM and UIUC MSTM, can someone help me choose!
I know UIUC is far better in ranking, but in these uncertain times, I am unsure as NEU has better Co-op.

Yes, Going for a 1 year course could be risky at this time. If you’re planning to defer then I would suggest to go for uiuc

1 year courses are always Hectic... Because we have to work on academics & again on Networking , Job , internship search. And their curriculum suggests that we have to complete 32 credits in the time frame of 1 year ..( its very difficult , I heard from Seniors )  And 1 year passes like Flash..... 
NEU on the other side , has a better Coop Opportunity, 2 years course & rich  job & internship opportunities as it is in the middle of Boston + 16 elective credits. 
I would suggest u to do a deep study in the above points & then arrive at a solution.
