Only credited course certification has weightage as far as I know no coursera course has credits. it is very easy to get 100percentage in coursera courses since the quiz answers are available in github

Dont waste you time on unwanted courses only do so if you're really into it and can come up with really good projects and research papers. I wrote my first ieee conference paper after coursera course.

Concordia University, Montreal is also good.
