Question

how difficult is it for someone from ECE to pursue masters in CS in US? I'm interested in cybersecurity. I am in two minds 
1) pursing MS in CS taking all cybersecurity courses or 
2) Ms in ECE with courses on cybersecurity. 
I prefer the former but I'm not sure how to go about it. Thanks in advance!

@premikadevaraj @Vaishnavi97 I think this reply is really late. Masters is really not worth it. Employers ask you for certifications most of the time in the Info.sec field. If you really want to get into the Information Security field after masters, I'll really suggest you take a relevant master's program, because you're wasting your time in other programs rather than choosing a program that you really want to do as a job after masters. (@premikadevaraj If you really want to do masters in ECE then do it. Then prepare for certification exams, but it's really a difficult way.) 
@Vaishnavi97 I know how confused you're, last year I'm confused too with the same doubts in my mind. Of course, to excel in a cybersecurity career you need to learn a few programming languages that can be learned online but CS with cybersecurity concentration programs are totally different than a normal security program. I've done some research on what is best and I finally concluded that a pure cybersecurity program is better. But you need to get  Globalcertifications, that's like a mandatory thing. 
BTW I'm an ECE Undergrad and an Info.sec guy aiming for Masters in Cybersecurity. My ECE profile is not that good. I have a passion for Cybersecurity, so it became easy for me to understand, I'm doing certifications now :)
