Is there any specific option to select electronic transfer of documents from university while fillin

Is there any specific option to select electronic transfer of documents from university while filling application for WES Evaluation? My university supports secure electronic transfer, but I don’t see any option in WES to select this. Is this option by default? My university is VTU. Applying for WES US Evaluation!
