Yes nus accept GATE score. I had applied using gate score.

I am not sure about GATE. But GRE is a universal exam. It's always better to give that as it helps them compare your profile from students of other countries. (Just my personal opinion)

Afaik They do, they certainly do consider it for their masters program, but I think it has to be a recent score and not something you sat for two years ago.
