I got an admit from TAMU yesterday for Spring 21 for Master in Computer Science. I am very confused

I got an admit from TAMU yesterday for Spring 21 for Master in Computer Science. I am very confused over if I should defer my admissions, because of the current Covid situation and the limited amount of time to get the VISA? Is a deferral possible or advisable? Has anybody here attended offline classes in Fall at TAMU? What's the situation there?
