I wanted to apply for UBC ,but my IELTS score was 6.5 with 5.5 in writing and rest are above 6.I have graduated with 8.3CGPA. Will I get admission for computer science program?

To my knowledge no chance bro... It's a top University in Canada and even with 6.5 overall with no band less than 6 is a basic entry requirement. Moreover writing and speaking are top most priority for universities. With 5.5 in writing you can't even get into pgdm programs in many colleges.
