- I have my undergraduate in mechanical with gpa of 7.5 (IIT)
Work Experience
- 1 year in software development
- 5 months in Machine Learning

So yes switching is possible. You can definitely mention the projects, work experience related to CS. Also, mention a good reason for the shift!

I'll try to to suggest so safe and Moderate universities. But you will have to contact some previously admitted students on LinkedIn to confirm about the shift. As the shift from ENTC to CS is more common...and not from Mechanical to CS!
