my profile: work experience 7 years
gre 283 and IELTS 6.5
currently applied to below 3 till now
northeastern University Boston
Binghamton University
University of Texas at Austin
please suggest some unis ( thinking to apply for George Mason University)

You have plenty of work experience so that works in your favour. Apply to universities which have waived off gre. Try Texas Tech, UT Arlington and University of New Haven.

The university where I studied undergraduate gives us transcripts only by printing the university name and address in the name of the university going for masters. Can I use that transcript to apply to all Colleges of that university? Or taken separately in the name of the College of that University?

Heyy ,Though GRE is waived off ,the universities your applying to are a lot ambitious , unless you have a great CGPA ,world class research papers it would be difficult
