Well I would any day chose sjsu purely based on the location, but I think SUNY buffalo is a great university as well. It depends on your priorities.

Think about the Location vs cost factor and make a decision.

SJSU definitely. It's location is a major plus while comparing these universities. If you'll be looking for job opportunities later than definitely SJSU but if you want to do a PhD then you should consider SUNY as well
