2.5 years of work experience in HVAC industry

not given gre ..
is it possible to get into Texas A&M?

Almost all universities have waived off GRE, but it's still recommended by some of the universities to submit GRE score.
If you are planning to apply for TA/RA, they will consider GRE score.
And during the Visa interview, they ask for GRE.

You can apply, I have applied for Industrial without reporting IELTS Score and my IELTS is scheduled on 16th Jan.
So, you should apply and get decision by 15th Jan.
