Gre 320 without awa and 322.5 with awa 
Work experience 1 year 
And I have few projects and certifications on Ml and cloud

Might be a result of GRE from HOME MAGIC for low AWA.

@MrHeisenberg19 There are lots of students these days with GRE verbal of 160 and AWA 2.0. This due to some wrong practice being done from home. You can check all the newspapers about it.

Your GRE score is pretty good but your AWA isn't the greatest. If you have the time I would say reattempt the GRE and try to score atleast a 4 on your AWA, a lot of institutes require a minimum of 4

You can, but the thing is your GRE is pretty strong but since AWA is low it could hamper your chances in good universities.
It's totally upto you though, if you do have the time and the energy to go through it again, I would say you should
