I am from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand,  so by default my consulate is Kolkata.....but i am bit skeptical about kolkata consulate,,
Is ok for me to choose Mumbai consulate...?? Will it be a issue

PS: Please do suggest about both consulate approval rates
