Hi Everyone, I currently have two admits in hand and need to finalize my university between them....
Purdue University - MS in Business Analytics and Information Management
Carnegie Mellon University- MS in Information Systems Management
Both programs have a decent curriculum which will enable me to establish my career in Data Science and Business Analytics.
Based on my ROI analysis Purdue comes out on top since tuition at Purdue (48k$) is 35% less expensive compared to CMU (78k$). Also average base salary upon graduation is 97k$ for Purdue while it is 113k$ for CMU.
I am being told by many to go for CMU based on the brand name and the opportunities it might open.
I request the collective wisdom of all MS aspirants and graduates in the group to share your opinions on which program would be better.
