If I were to choose between University of Michigan - Dearborn and Johns Hopkins University for MSE - Robotics, which one would be a better choice? Considering the fact that I want to make a career in space robotics.

Definitely Johns Hopkins. Very well reputed in comparison with UM Dearborn and JHU is located close to some NASA facilities as well. That should help with your interest in space robotics See more
