Hello, I have received admits from Santa Clara University (MS in CSE) and California State Universit

Hello, I have received admits from Santa Clara University (MS in CSE) and California State University East Bay (MS in CS). Which one would be the better choice ? Santa Clara is private and has a higher tuition as compared to east bay but is higher ranked. East bay is cheaper and lower ranked. Location is more or less the same.
