Hello! I am joining for the MS.Psychology program at UTD for the fall 21 intake. I wanted to know how people are requesting their universities to send official transcripts given the current situation in India. I live in Oman at the moment so don’t have direct access to my universities. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
