I did my undergrad (Btech CS) 2018 from a tier 2 university.I prepared for upsc straight out of college but was unable to clear the interview stage.I am planning to pursue masters asap (US or Canada).I scored 72% in my undergrad with no research papers.

@tygiaa hey dude ! why dont you try an another attempt in upsc as you were close to interview. there are many people who got into services in 2nd time.
