I gave my GRE in July 2018 and got 154 in verbal, 166 in quants and 4 in analytical writing. I'm applying for fall 22. I wanted to know how much preference is given to students with 1-2 years back GRE scores over students with 3-5 years of GRE scores. Should I give GRE again to get a recent score?

It doesn't matter as long as scores are valid.
