I got 96 on TOEFL reading: 20 listening: 30 writing: 22 speaking: 24 is this sufficient for doing MS
I got 96 on TOEFL reading: 20 listening: 30 writing: 22 speaking: 24 is this sufficient for doing MS in CS in the US? Also, is it enough to have the minimum requirement met or is TOEFL like GRE, where the higher the score, the better?

It's like GRE, as long as you're above the cut-off you should be fine. Some universities ask for 100+ so do check and take a call. See more
