1. I'm placing the order for the first time. How do I go about it?
Congratulations! You're awesome for choosing Yocket! Now, all you need to do is Add your Pickup & Delivery Address and choose the plan/service and PAY. Check your order details and booking reference number. Keep your documents ready in a sealed envelope. Wait for the pickup on or before the scheduled date.
2. What about my applications for Germany or Italy, how do I send them?
We have now started with the service to send your transcript to European Countries. You can follow the same process to send transcript. Schedule a pickup and keep your documents ready. Our pickup will collect it and we will send it accordingly.
3. My packet has been picked up. How do I track it?
The Shipment label you printed contains the AWB number. You can track your order using the tracking number on Yocket order details page or DHL / FedEx’s web & toll-free services. Make sure you use our DIGITAL SHIPMENT labels to ensure a smooth experience.
4. Can I use the service for sending transcripts to WES?
The service can be used to send packets to WES or any other evaluation services. The ‘University Name’ field auto suggests university names from our database, so it wouldn't load but you can proceed by entering World Education Services and place your order. If the University Name doesn’t appear, then just enter the name of your university and go ahead with the other details. We'll take care of the rest. If it's on the auto-suggest list, awesome, it simplifies your job. If not, type out the complete name & address details.
5. How should I prepare my packet? How do I send my sealed envelopes?
All your documents/smaller envelopes should be enclosed in one PACKET. Envelopes up to A3 size are allowed. Packet weight should not exceed 0.5 KG. Self-sealed envelopes can be asked to be opened by the pickup staff for security check, please cooperateco-operate. They will put their SECURITY CHECKED labels in front of you. University sealed transcripts or LOR envelopes DO NOT need to be opened. If the staff insists, please report that to us. Both the TO & FROM addresses should be written on the envelope to ensure safe delivery.
6. How do I make sure my order has been successfully placed on Yocket?
On successful completion of payment, you will receive an email from Yocket containing all your order details and the most important "Booking Reference Number". You can use this to track your pickup status with the local DHL (1800- 111-345) or FedEx (1800-226-161) local offices.
