- Upper-year students who meet the credit or age requirements can live in 55 furnished, independent apartments in the six-story, air-conditioned West Residence (West), which can house 223 students.
- Upper-year students who meet the credit or age requirements may live in the 62 furnished, independent apartments on the first floor of the eleven-story East Residence (East) building, which has a capacity of 236 students.
- Upper-year students can live independently furnished flats in the recently rebuilt Mature Student Residence (MSR), an 11-story structure. There are 128 units that provide one-bedroom apartments.
