About Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich

The University of Munich Germany is known as the heart of Munich. In other words, the university is abbreviated as LMU. This is a university that has been recognized as among the best research and academic institutions.     The Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich Germany is located in Munich Bavaria in Germany. Being the largest city in Germany, Munich has developed though it still resembles the early ages. It is advised by the school to those who do not get student residences, start searching for rooms months earlier in order to find a place suitable stay. The prices for student residence are reasonable while for the private housing are high.

    In Munich, the winters are very cold; while the summers are wet and comfortable. Over the course of the year, the temperature usually varies from 25°F to 75°F and is above 87°F or rarely below 11°F. The warm season extends from June 1 to September 10, with an average daily rise in temperature above 67°F. The hottest day of the year is around August 4, with an average low of 56°F and high of 75°F. The cold season, on the other hand, extends from November 17 to March 5, with an average daily drop in temperature below 44°F. The coldest day of the year is around January 23, with an average high of 37°F and low of 25°F.
