There is a music production facility in the campus and so you can hone your technical and digital skills to compose your pieces. As far as music is concerned the only experience needed is practise and practise.
There was no information regarding student clubs, events, or other activities that occur in your campus life at this university. What I have found out is that the college hosts more than 200 concerts and events every year. These events are open to the public, which gives each of the students a chance to network with future employers as well as to train and hone their skills infront of a live audience.
Regarding other events such as social events, employer programmes, or job fairs. There is unfortunately no information available on this regard.
The design of the studios, halls and rooms is supposed to be flexible and designed to be acoustic. The concert halls are able to hold a wide variety of music events.
Here is a handful of the musicians that have emerged from this college.
This college is ranked 11th in the world for good reason. A number of concert halls, a great list of alumni and the specialized infrastructure available is great. Moreover the music media production facilities allow you to develop and experiment as well as finalize your compositions. So you get practical experience and go through every step of creating your own songs and compositions. For learning music this is a great university. The limited housing is a real problem though, and given that it is difficult to find housing in Stockholm you should take this into consideration before selecting this university.
