The University Of The Sunshine Coast (USC) was established in 1994. In 1996 it was called the SUNSHINE COAST UNIVERSITY COLLEGE and was later renamed the UNIVERSITY OF SUNSHINE COAST in 1999. It is a public university based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. The main campus is at Sippy Downs on the Sunshine Coast. The other campuses are Gympie, Caboolture, Petrie on Moreton Bay, and Hervey Bay on the Fraser Coast. Transportation in the city
It is not a hassle for the students to move around the city since there are great transportation facilities. Students can use personal bikes for short commutes and use public vehicles for long ones. They can also rent vehicles as and when required. At the University of the Sunshine Coast, Sunbus runs regularly between multiple locations within Sunshine Coast and the campus of the university at Sippy Downs. There is the presence of a dedicated USC transit center as well to promote transportation of the students across the university.
